Ritual Prompt
Set aside some time for yourself. Create a space that you feel comfortable in. If you wish, you can light a candle, smudge or burn fragrant oils.
Consider the following question:
What are the things that try to constrain you (shame, guilt, fear, overwhelm...), telling you that you do not care enough, do not do enough, are not good enough?
Write down those things on a piece of paper and the burn it. Give it back. Let it be re-cycled.
You can also make a drawing/ create art and give that to the fire. (Make sure only to use materials that are okay to burn).
